One of the things that makes Timberline View Estates great is our dedicated Homeowners Association, comprised of Homeowners devoted to ensuring that Timberline is one of the best places to live in beautiful Durango.

We encourage Homeowners to get involved and make a positive, respectful contribution to our entire neighborhood.

Timberline strongly encourages fire mitigation and fuels reduction by Homeowners and makes efforts to mitigate the common areas.
