Welcome to Timberline View Estates

One of Durango, Colorado’s prestigious neighborhoods, Timberline View Estates is nestled among the pines on a northwest-facing hillside. Our subdivision is named for the incredible views of the Animas Valley and the La Plata mountain range, which can be found throughout the neighborhood. The photos on this site were taken by homeowners from their yards and decks.

    Please stack your trimmed limbs and brush in front of your own property – not in front of other Homeowners’ lots, in the road, or the common areas. Please place the branches with the cut ends facing the road for easier removal.
