Governance
Mission Statement
The Timberline Homeowners Association is a non-profit organization whose mission is to maintain the roads and open spaces, and to enforce the Bylaws and Covenants of the Timberline View Estates subdivision.
Board Meetings and Directors
The Annual Board Meeting is held in January, with Quarterly Board Meetings held quarterly. All homeowners are encouraged to attend, and notification is emailed to all homeowners in advance. Minutes of the annual and quarterly meetings are posted on this site under Documents.
Dues
Annual dues for each lot are $1,500, collected quarterly ($375/quarter). Currently, there are no special assessments. If you have billing questions, contact the Timberline Administrator.
Architectural Control Committee
The Timberline Bylaws and Covenants establish that an Architectural Control Committee is voted in annually by Homeowners and has the responsibility to review and approve the exterior experience within the subdivision: building, construction, remodeling, painting and landscaping. If you are planning any of these, you must first get approval from the Architectural Control Committee. This is a painless process, and the committee tries to quickly review and approve all requests, but please allow 30 days for the process. For more information, or to discuss your project, contact the committee through your Owner Portal.
Below are the current members of our Board of Directors and Architectural Control Committee. These are voluntary, unpaid positions per our governance documents. They are elected each year by Timberline Homeowners.
